*STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL*
Apply two coats of black gel nail polish.
Cure for 60 seconds.
Apply non-wipe gel top coat and cure for 60 seconds.
Apply cuticle protector.
Buff a thin layer of pigment onto nail surface.
Wipe off excess powder.
Remove cuticle protector.
Using dotting tool make dripping design
Cure for 60 seconds.
Seal with gel top coat and cure for 60 seconds.
